Common questions
Do my guests need to download an app or make an account?
No — that's the point. Guests scan your QR code, and their phone opens your event's page in the browser. They pick their photos and upload. No app store, no sign-up, no passwords.
What happens to photo quality?
Nothing. The original file each guest uploads is the file you get — full resolution, never recompressed. iPhone photos taken in HEIC format are preserved in their original quality too.
Who can see the photos?
You. Guests upload through your event's private link, and the collected album is yours alone. There's no public gallery and no social feed, and you can close uploads whenever you choose.
Is it only for weddings?
Weddings are where we started, but any gathering works the same way — birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, reunions, company parties. If people are taking photos, one album can hold them.
How much does it cost?
Early-access events are $39 — one-time, per event, no subscription. We expect regular pricing around $49 per event.
